The owner of this Coimbatore apartment was already on Airbnb and making about ₹10,000 per month. The location was strong — near hospitals and business hubs — but the listing had weak photos, a low nightly rate, and no minimum stays. The owner was also handling every message and turnover himself.
Our evaluation showed the property could support higher rates given location and demand. We recommended professional photography, clearer amenity tags (work desk, WiFi, quiet), and a switch to full management so we could handle pricing, messaging, and coordination.
