2. Delivery of Services
- Evaluations: Delivered via email and/or our platform within the timeframe communicated at the time of request (typically within 24–48 hours).
- Co-hosting & Management: Services begin as per your agreement. Onboarding, listing setup, and ongoing management are performed remotely and on-site as agreed.
- Reports & Communications: Shared electronically (email, dashboard, or other agreed channels). No physical copies are shipped unless specifically requested and agreed.
3. No Physical Goods
We do not ship any physical items. If in the future we offer merchandise or physical materials, we will update this policy and communicate shipping terms at that time.
4. Geographic Scope
Our services are currently offered in India and in other regions where we operate. Service delivery (e.g., property visits, coordination) is subject to local availability and the terms of your agreement.
