Our latest analysis of booking patterns and pricing across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka — and what it means for your listing.
We looked at thousands of listings and bookings across major cities and tourist corridors in South India. Demand is up year-on-year in most segments, with the biggest gains in family-sized properties and stays of a week or longer.
Pricing varies sharply by location and season. Coastal and hill-station properties see strong peaks during holidays and long weekends, while city centres show more consistent demand from business and medical travellers. Getting your pricing and minimum stays right for your segment can lift revenue by 20–40%.
