We looked at thousands of listings and bookings across major cities and tourist corridors in South India. Demand is up year-on-year in most segments, with the biggest gains in family-sized properties and stays of a week or longer.

Pricing varies sharply by location and season. Coastal and hill-station properties see strong peaks during holidays and long weekends, while city centres show more consistent demand from business and medical travellers.
